Focused on providing quality moving services at an affordable rate, the business took off and he soon began specializing in residential moving services in Westchester as well as furniture deliveries for high-end retailers such as the famed W. & J. Sloane Interiors in Manhattan.
Al Sr. retired as the face of “Al’s Moving” after over 40 years, handing the moving company over to his son Al Jr and his wife Sandra. Today, after over 70 years in business, we are a moving company unlike most others. Although we have grown in size; we now have over 30 fully equipped moving trucks and multiple climate controlled storage facilities in Westchester, we have stayed true to our roots as a small ‘Mom and Pop’ independent moving company.
